I always have a great time shopping at the White Rose locations... Recently visited WR6 in the market square... The customer service was fantastic... Everything was super clean... The layout is lovely... There are so many good choices and labels... I found the ideal dress for my Christmas party... Absolutely in love with my new bag 😍 Can't wait to come back on payday 😉 Thanks a bunch 👌

Totally fantastic!! Affordable and uplifting, perfect for the planet, stylish threads, and solid quality apparel can be snagged at White Rose! It's not just about clothes; they have footwear, jewelry, activewear, nail polish, and a ton of other goodies too! I'm a big fan of these shops and suggest them to everyone! Way better than overpriced fashion or flimsy stuff from places like Shein that fall apart in no time and are super unethical! But from White Rose, yayyy!

A charge of £1.50 applies for each item you send back. Not sure if that's even allowed, but they sure didn't make it clear when I was purchasing.

I purchased a pair of trainers that didn’t work out for me, so I returned to the store with my receipt. The assistant informed me that she couldn’t issue a refund or credit note because I didn’t have the original price tag attached to the item. I ended up leaving the trainers with her, saying they were of no use to me. Later, I realized how ridiculous that was and started to wonder if this was a company-wide rule or just a mistake on the assistant's part. I decided to reach out to the manager listed on the website, but even after sending two emails, I received no reply. This led me to believe that the organization was either poorly managed or simply not that focused on customer care. They lost a regular customer over a mere £10.

I really missed those charity shops while we were in Lockdown, but then I stumbled upon this fantastic website! All my stuff showed up really quick - I’m quite impressed!

I really dig the White Rose stores in Nottingham and Newark, so I was super pumped when I heard a new shop popped up in Beeston. But man, was I let down! The place was packed, and the stuff felt like it was just thrown together—definitely not the handpicked vibe I expected. Plus, the prices were sky-high! And to top it off, there were no social distancing rules in place, even on a busy Wednesday, April 17. Guess I’ll be sticking to Nottingham from here on out.

However, White Rose Fashion offers stylish, budget-friendly second hand garments that are in superb shape. I've made several purchases from them and have been really happy with what I received 👍 totally recommend!

I really like shopping at White Rose, but make sure to look in the pockets! I picked up a cardigan and found a princess band-aid in it, which was kinda gross.

I got quality products and they arrived fast. Plus, they were super quick to reply to my emails when I needed to return some stuff that didn’t fit right. Even though I had to pay for returns, the cash for the items I sent back was put back in my account, and I got update emails the whole time.
